We're looking for Family Support Workers
At Work With Vista, we believe every family deserves compassionate, high-quality support. As a Family Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in empowering families, creating safe spaces, and helping children and young people thrive.
We’re currently hiring across Wirral, Cheshire and Liverpool — and we’re looking for people who care.
As a Family Support Worker, you’ll:
- Supervise and support contact sessions between children and family members
- Provide one-to-one emotional and practical support to parents and young people
- Offer respite care for families, including those with children with SEND or behavioural needs
- Work closely with our team to ensure each family receives the best possible care
