About the role: Our client is seeking compassionate and dedicated Family Support Workers to join their team. You will report to the service lead and work closely with the team on a daily basis to ensure the smooth running of all operations within service. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide vital support to children, young people, parents, and families in various capacities. This includes supervising family contact sessions, offering one-on-one support sessions, providing respite support to families of children who display challenging behaviours or families of children with special educational needs and delivering care and support.
