As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in the daily leadership of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and therapeutic practice are delivered consistently. You will be a role model to staff, guiding the team in trauma-informed approaches and fostering an environment where children feel safe, valued, and supported.
✅ Support the day-to-day management of the home
