Job Description:

Collaborating closely with the Directors to uphold the highest standards of care and individualised support for each young person as per Ofsted Regulations. As a Registered Manager with a Level 5 qualification (or currently working towards it), your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations and overall management of multiple Supported Accommodation provisions. You will ensure that each home provides a safe, clean, nurturing and supportive environment where young people can flourish and achieve personal growth. Hours
Schedule:
  • Day shift 9am – 5pm (may vary depending on business needs).
  • Support and Sleeps when needed, 9am – 11pm then sleep shift.
  • On call procedure as per company policy.
Rates
Salary: £35k plus negotiable dependent on experience.
