Have responsibility for overseeing and supervising the leadership and management of the homes.
Ensure implementation of statutory and centre policies and provide feedback to the directors on the effectiveness of policies.
Act as a point of contact with Ofsted and ensure the compliance requirements of the homes are actioned and outcomes delivered and measured.
Review performance outcomes and customer feedback to meet customer requirements and increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Resolve complex operational and service-based problems and conflicts raised through the homes day-to-day operations.
Prepare monitoring reports, statistical data, and evaluations in accordance with the policies of the homes where required.
