Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks.
Develop and implement individual care plans tailored to each client’s needs.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure cohesive support.
Provide childcare support, engaging children in educational and recreational activities.
Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in behaviour or needs.
Drive clients to appointments or activities as required, ensuring their safety during transport.
Utilise IT systems for record keeping and communication purposes.
