The recruitment process for me was very simple and easy. All the communication before and after interview was good. The recruitment team was very thorough and picked up some errors on my DBS on the update service. They were also very helpful and assisted me to apply for a new DBS. When I started work, it was smooth. All staff and management were very kind. So far, all of the shifts that I have completed have been exciting and fulfilling as I can see an impact on the young persons and families I support.

Honestly the best company I’ve worked for! The interview and onboarding process was professional, informative and completed promptly. The onboarding team couldn’t have been more helpful and responsive. Training was allocated quickly and was easy to access and complete. I was signed up and trained and allocated to Shifts within 10 days of interview. From this point I was already excited to be involved with Work With Vista a company that seems to really care about the people they support. The office staff are amazing. From the support workers right through to the director, the whole team is amazing and I’m excited to see what the future holds.
