As a Senior Family Support Worker, you will be part of a caring team that provides a safe and supportive servicefor children and young people with additional needs. You will be led and supported by service lead, working alongside other professionals to deliver therapeutic care and support tailored to each individual child.
In this role, you will:
Lead a Team: Provide high-quality care and support, guiding and mentoring other Family support workers.
Role Model: Act as a positive role model for both colleagues and children, demonstrating best practices and nurturing a supportive environment.
Build Relationships: Develop trusting relationships that make a meaningful impact on the lives of the children and young people you support.
Escalation: Being the first point of contact for support workers to contact with any queries/clarifications they may have.
Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that the care provided meets the highest standards and that each child has the opportunity to thrive.
