Work with Vista have a superb opportunity for a Senior Family Support Worker to take the lead on the service we provide on behalf of Local Authorities across Wirral, Cheshire & Liverpool regions. About the role: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Senior Family Support Worker to join our team. You will report to the directors of operations and work closely with the team on a daily basis to ensure the smooth running of all operations within service. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide vital support to children, young people, parents, and families in various capacities. This includes supervising family contact sessions, offering one-on-one support sessions, providing respite support to families of children who display challenging behaviours or families of children with special educational needs and delivering care and support for looked after children.
